How Broken Mirror is adapting to Covid-19:
- Broken Mirror works with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on.
- Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Items ship within a few days from purchase. T-shirts ship within two days from order; other items ship 3 to 5 days from order. Delays are usually related to postal service delivery time-frames.
- Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time. Stay safe and take care of yourselves!
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We will honor returns 30 days from the date received.
- For eligibility for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once we receive a picture of your item, we will inspect it and notify you if a refund is approved. We will then request that you send us the item. Once we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your credit issuer’s policies.
